Access
Access requires a Google account and may be granted, limited or withdrawn at any time and without notice. You are responsible for activity under your account.
What you upload
You may upload only material you have the right to upload. You keep whatever rights you already hold in it; JDHukum stores and indexes it solely in order to answer questions about it. Do not upload unlawful material, or personal data about other people that you have no basis to share. Note that every signed-in user of this instance can read and delete every document in it.
Answers are generated, and are not advice
Answers are assembled automatically from the documents in the selected topic. Passages are quoted verbatim and cited, and an answer is refused where no passage supports one — but retrieval can still miss a relevant passage, and a quotation can be presented without its surrounding context. Answers are not legal, medical, financial or professional advice. Where a document carries legal or regulatory weight, check the cited passage against the original before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent its access controls, or use it to generate excessive cost. Automated bulk querying is not permitted.
Availability and warranty
JDHukum is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. Availability, accuracy and continuity are not guaranteed, and it may be changed or withdrawn at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from its use, or from reliance on an answer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
